What does "lifetime" mean?

As long as 12img exists, your Pro access stays active. No renewals, no expiry date. If we ever shut down (we plan not to), you will be refunded.

Can I pick any country?

You can claim a founder spot in any country where spots are available. You do not need to live there, but your profile will display the founder badge for that country.

What if I already have a subscription?

Your existing subscription will be cancelled and replaced with lifetime Pro access. If you paid annually, we will prorate and refund the remaining balance.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not happy, we will refund your payment and release the founder spot.

Why different prices per country?

We adjust pricing based on purchasing power so photographers in every market can afford to join. The features are identical regardless of price.
