Short answer

A digital signature on a contract, legally binding in most US jurisdictions under the ESIGN Act.

Full definition

An e-signature is a typed name, drawn signature, or click-to-agree action that legally binds the signer to a contract. The US ESIGN Act (2000) and UETA make e-signatures equivalent to wet signatures for almost all photography contracts. 12img Smart Contracts capture the signature, timestamp, IP address, and email confirmation — meeting evidentiary standards for enforcement.
